The Role
In this pivotal position, you will oversee and execute comprehensive validation strategies, ensuring all systems and processes strictly adhere to stringent regulatory standards. You will lead the full validation lifecycle—including IQ, OQ, PQ, CSV, and TMV—while collaborating cross-functionally to manage change control, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a senior member of the team, you will act as a technical authority, providing mentorship to junior engineers and ensuring that validation practices remain robust and compliant with global standards.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in validation within a regulated (GMP/GxP) manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in the full validation lifecycle, including IQ, OQ, PQ, CSV, and TMV.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, protocols, and reports.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly when working with engineering and quality teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity principles.
- A proven track record of mentoring and providing technical leadership to engineering staff.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
