Job Description
Job Scope: The Health & Wellbeing Business Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the Health & Wellbeing Division, tightening controls and offering constructive feedback to the MD on potential efficiencies and best practice. The Business Analyst will be instrumental in assessing further Health and Wellbeing tenders and will work closely with all support functions to ensure accuracy of information. Key Tasks: This role will support the business across, though not limited to, the key areas outlined below: Controls ·Owning the invoicing procedure, ensuring invoices are accurately raised and paid on time ·Liaising with HR to ensure Health and Wellbeing staff are paid and allocated efficiently and making advances in personnel cost forecasting ·Governing the allocation of costs through communication with the Health & Wellbeing and Finance teams as well as putting a P&L review procedure in place ·Advising on delegate data collection and analysis as required ·Assisting the annual preparation of budgets Analysis ·Forecasting monthly revenue and cost base ·Assessing performance against budget/modelling, offering detailed variance analysis ·Assessing variable and fixed costs versus contract proposals ·New tender analysis and pricing ·Retention rate analysis, investigation into maximising retention and the impact on monthly revenue and cost base ·Cost/benefit analysis of flexing volumes in each area ·Investigating and understanding mobilisation times and suggesting if / how these can be improved ·Determining if the programme is running effectively and suggesting best practice across locations where relevant ·Determining breakeven for each contract and conducting sensitivity modelling ·Develop an appropriate front to back office system and process to support the Health & Wellbeing division. ·Bonus calculations for the Health & Wellbeing team as appropriate This role would suit somebody who is newly CIMA qualified.
