Job Description
The UK In-Market Business Unit IT team is currently looking for an IT professional with experience in the web domain to join us . The Website Administrator/Analyst will be responsible, with guidance, for supporting the set up and maintenance of our online web assets, and end-to-end project management for small projects. This role also assists with website deployments by performing acceptance testing of application changes, and writing end-user documentation.   Main Duties & Responsibilities • Conduct regular reviews of our current websites and services, creating and managing documentation and tracking modifications as necessary, to ensure we meet regulatory & compliance standards for our Industry • Create and manage user guide documentation for online applications • Perform UAT testing for applications to verify that they are functioning according to defined requirements. When necessary, log and track any defects or change requests in an incident ticketing system, and communicate with developers • Create monthly reports on progress and status, including analysis of site usage • Facilitating internal review and approval of web assets (driving review process, screenshot visuals, documentation) • Managing the decommissioning of websites according to company process and compliance requirements • Website domain registration • Assist in reviewing functional and technical requirements for feature enhancements • Assist the local IT team with technical development projects on an as needed basis, content management and website administration • Support the BUIT team in becoming experts at managing content using Drupal 7 CMS Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Relevant work experience • Comprehensive understanding of basic website administration • Experience with using JIRA or similar issue reporting systems • Experience/willingness to work at basic level with Photoshop and/or image editing applications • Experience with Content Management Systems is a plus Additional Requirements • Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • Ability to prioritize multiple requests from multiple sources • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter who can work productively with minimal direction and supervision • Uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Enjoys working with others in a team environment
