**About Our Client**
Our client, Moray House School of Education and Sport, is currently seeking enthusiastic Senior Associate Tutors to play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the MEd Leadership and Learning Postgraduate program. This role specifically focuses on the Postgraduate Certificate: Middle Leadership and Management, PG Certificate: Growing Professional Learning, and PG Cert: Into Headship.
**The Opportunity:**
As a Senior Associate Tutor, you will be part of a dedicated team, working closely with the Program Director to facilitate various teaching-related activities. These responsibilities include conducting workshops and tutorials, marking, supervision, and assessments. In addition, you will engage with external partners, school colleagues, local authorities, and national bodies as required. The role offers flexibility in terms of working patterns, with most teaching commitments expected to include a combination of twilight and Saturday sessions.

**Your Skills and Attributes for Success:**
- Experience in middle or senior leadership roles or equivalent, or supporting the development of teachers and middle leaders.
- Proven experience in leading and supporting professional learning, with a focus on teacher, middle, or strategic leadership, and/or inquiry.
- Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of Scottish Government education and related policies, local authority, and school sectors in the context of teacher education and teacher professional learning.
- Experience in leading and managing staff in an educational setting.
- Current or recent GTCS registered teacher, actively working in a relevant teaching or education position.
