About the Role

A rapidly growing, private equity-backed insurance broking group is looking for a **Group IT Operations Analyst** to join its IT team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into the existing IT environment, ensuring smooth transitions from acquisition to day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver IT projects aligned with the company’s strategic goals. A solid background in IT operations and experience with Microsoft products is essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full lifecycle of IT integration for acquired businesses, from initial assessment to operational handover.

* Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and business units.

* Coordinate project tasks, track milestones, and maintain project documentation.

* Ensure successful transfer of IT systems into business-as-usual support, including training and documentation for service desk teams.

* Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with IT colleagues.

* Provide regular progress updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

* Experience in IT operations or delivering IT projects, ideally in a multi-site or group environment.

* Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and service management.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the business.

* Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft tools and familiarity with common IT management solutions.
