Your Role:

As a Renewable Developer Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the Customer Success Team. Responsible for managing accounts of renewable energy developers, you'll provide consultative services, interpret market data, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role includes facilitating connections and deals between solution providers and corporate members.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate delivery of market intelligence to renewable developer members.

Be a resource for members seeking guidance on platform usage and features.

Build and maintain relationships with renewable developer members.

Develop a deep understanding of climate and clean energy solution areas.

Contribute to the growth and expansion of the platform.

Support the team with research and data management for ongoing platform evolution.

About You:

Bachelor's Degree in Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, sustainability, or a related field.

Proven track record in strategic client relationship management.

Understanding of renewable energy procurement concepts, such as VPPAs.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft suite and data analytics software.
